1. Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- You have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- The issue is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product is returned unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- A clear photo/video of the issue is shared for verification.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Color or texture variations due to screen display or lighting.
- Fabric that has been cut, stitched, washed, or altered in any form.
- Delay in delivery caused by courier partners or external factors.
- Items returned without prior communication and approval.
3. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- In case of COD orders, you may be requested to share your bank details for a direct refund.
4. Return Shipping Charges
- If the error is on our end (damaged or wrong product), we will bear the return shipping charges.
- In all other cases, the return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer.
