WEHN IN DOUBT is based in India and ships globally. Below you will find details regarding our dispatch timelines, shipping charges, and contact information.
1. Dispatch & Processing
- Dispatch Timeline: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
- Batch Production: Since we produce in small batches, most products are shipped within 72 hours of the order being placed.
- Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances (such as weather or strikes).
2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
- Shipping Costs: Shipping charges, if applicable, will be mentioned at checkout.
- Payment Mode: We accept Prepaid Orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- Estimated Delivery:
Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 3–7 working days.
Rest of India: 5–10 working days.
3. International Shipping (Worldwide)
- Shipping Costs: International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
- Estimated Delivery: International shipments typically take 10–15 business days.
- Customs & Duties: Duties and taxes are not included in the shipping fee. Customers are responsible for paying any import duties or local taxes required by their country upon delivery.
4. Order Tracking
- Confirmation: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your Tracking Number and a link to track the package in real-time.
- Updates: Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the courier's website.
